OK, I stole this from the Atkins forum, I hope I don't get in trouble!!
Since I didn't see any responses from CAD/CALPers, I thought why not post it here!
Basically, it's to brag about what foods you didn't eat even though they were right there staring at you. I think this will be encouraging to show us how much we have control over our eating and that we are doing great on this WOL!

So, here goes..I resisted home made croissants and Texas sheet cake..

Every single day I exercise my choices and try to steer clear from non low-carb items as much as possible. I'm doing low-carb CALP by the way, with Atkins days inbetween.

I made homemade biscuits today and I didn't eat them..had to breathe through my mouth and not my nose in order to resist though..anything better than fresh bread from the oven??
We're all doing so GOOD!!!

DH kept saying Peanut Buster Parfaits were on sale at DQ while we were driving around. I told him we could have them for dinner if he wanted. We never did get them.

I didn't have sweet tea last night. (Not too big of a deal compared to the rest of y'all!!) I didn't go back for seconds though which included some yummy watermelon and warm brownies.)

I have not eaten anything outside of a planned CM/RM since I started my WOE 3 weeks ago . CAD has killed my desire to eat mindlessly, binge, and purge. It's great! I'm having a hard time figuring out what I really really want to eat for my RM nowadays. Before I wanted everything under the sun!

I did not eat homemade pizza or cinnamon rolls...that was not as hard as I thought it would be...I'm determined to get the scale moved by this weekend...

I don't eat any of the sweets we keep around the house for the kids. In fact, even they don't eat much of it. Why the heck am I buying it? lol
