Sue, You should come over and visit my journal sometimes...that way we can challange each other and such. I can't believe how close our goals are etc. I would love to be 134!!!! But that time will come right? RIGHT!

Supper was really good. I had to make myself stop eating so I didn't get too full!!! I think I will eat more slowly tomorrow. I am having my RM at lunch tomorrow...a group of us are going to a Mexican Resturant. I am getting a spinach chicken dish. The only carbs will be the chips they serve with the meal. It is a rather salty dish though. I will make sure to drink alot of water!

I went to the journal and posted there, Karen. Don't be too shocked by my diet strategy. It works and that's what matters at the moment. I don't have too much lose and will maintain on 2 meals a day later on.
