Default kids SB

I've been MIA because my mom's surgery and recovery has kept me running around like a 2 year old on Pixie Stixes
I have been on program and lost another 4 pounds. My 14 year old daughter started SB because she see's how great it's been for me.

For those of you who have read the kids SB is it worth the read?

Default Glad to see You Sweetie!

I'm so sorry to hear there is so much stress in your life right now.

But I am so proud of you for staying on Plan. Four more pounds!Good going!

I no longer have children at home but I read the SB Kids book anyway. It has useful info that applies to everyone not just kids.
