I'm been jogging for a while but now for a while but now I'm getting into serious training
Starting tonight a 3mile run but I have to warm up those dogy knees of mine first and as its Wednesday
4 days before my weign in I think I'll have a bottle of wine or 2 after to relax

Reason why my knees were very sore and they needed the rest, but back at last. March was'nt the best of months for my weight loss.
