GTF Chromium Question

Can GTF Chromium be purchased in powder form in bulk? If so, where? what's it called?

There is a doctor giving 1500 mcg three times a day to diabetic patients and their diabetes reversed.

So my diabetic cousin wants to try it but can't find GTF chromium at a reasonable price for how much she'll have to be taking, $32/10 days.
