Challenge Kick Off!
GOOD MORNING!!!
Today is day one of the March Challenge....can anyone feel spring knocking at the door?!? Its time to wake up from that winter haze and get things going!
New month, new day, 5 weeks to really start making results happen, if you have been slacking on your woe, or have been slacking on exercising, or just want to start if you havent, and want a support system....come join us. Take this month as an opportunity to renew your commitment to getting healthy.
We have a nice lil group starting most Atkins followers, so commit to March and find some buddies in the process.
This goes for men also...all genders welcome, come list your exercise goals etc and flex some muscle!!!
