I just proved to myself that I can go with friends to a oriental restaurant and still eat right! Two chicken wings...no breading, lettuce with seafood...no sauce, one boiled egg, small amount of coleslaw with very little dressing, two small pieces of musk melon, and hot tea.

2 TJ's chicken patties. My lunch was too low in fat and had no veggies, so later I ended up snacking on fried lentil thingies at the health food store.

was staying at a friend's and they made us an egg hash- sausage, bell pepper, onion, a tiny bit of spinach and maybe one bite sweet potato- was excellent.

I made a small casserole from leftover spaghetti squash, Parmesan, and bolognese sauce. Really small, but good.
