Default Air Force Physical Fitness Standards Quasi-Challenge

So I'm not challenging anyone else to do this (hence the quasi-challenge) but I have a buddy of mine in the Air Force who is coming down in July to go to Vegas for my 24th Birthday. He has to do a PFT (Fitness Test) once a year and it's points based. I am going to do the PFT when he comes here in July. The loser has to buy the winner dinner. Here's the standards if anyone is interested:

Fitness Requirements:
http://www.af.mil/news/USAF_Fitness_Charts.pdf

Max Points:
Aerobic Fitness: 50
Body Composition: 30
Push-Ups: 10
Sit-ups: 10

Formula: Total Points Achieved Divided By Max Number of Points = Fitness Level

Fitness Level
Excellent >90%
Good 75 - 89.9%
Marginal 70 - 74.9%
Poor < 70%

I'm thinking a big fat steak! We'll see. How long is the run that you have to do/time you have to beat?

For females it is fairly easy,, 3.2 kilometres in 15.5 minutes is the time we aim for. I am sorry but I do not know the conversion to miles

Yum steak... I had lamb steak for dinner tonight... was gorgeous!

Are you high? I think you're forgetting about MARKET PRICE seafood... King crab legs come to mind. Not only are they yummy and totally dippable in BUTTER, it gives that nice little twist of the knife in the 'payer/losers' gut.

LOL you're a funny girl. Maybe some fresh flown in Maine Lobster. That actually sounds better than the King Crab Legs. Forget it.....I'm gonna do a Maine Lobster / Filet Mignon combo plate at Morton's. Yeah that'll be nice....
