Default A valuable lesson.

I had RM pretty early yesterday. I decided to have a little CS before bed. That turned out to be a mistake for me. I woke up STARVING this morning, worse than if I would have just skipped the snack.

I guess, for me anyway, a nighttime snack just isn't in the plan! I'll just have to have my RM a little later, instead of early like I did.

I always wake up starving. I'm just a breakfast person I guess.

The other day we had an early RM because I got dragged out by SO. I found that right before bed I had to have a small snack as well (I just had a few bites chicken). Lately though I've been getting it to late, so I'm cranky and starving by the time I get to eat. It's hard to balance everything at times and tell life to turn off long enough to eat.

You know--I am just the same--ate night cs does not work for me--I think it has to do with the timing of RM--it doesnt work if it isnt dinner. Also, I don't wake up starving if I have had a balanced RM--the only times I get hungry in the ayem are if I way overdid it on sugar with the RM--then the whole next day is hard

I'm just the opposite -- if I don't have a late night (bedtime) snack, I'm absolutely awful in the morning. Everyone has to learn what's best for them.
