Default Can someone recommend me simple to make easy to find dessert recipes?

I am just looking for any kind of sweet dessert with easy to find ingredients at stores like kroger or walmart, and are simple to make. I have tried to make things like cheesecake or cake with stevia, and have had no luck. So hoping someone can help steer me in the right direction with simple to find ingredients that are easy to make and taste great. Thanks everyone.

If you don't have a problem with artificial sweeteners, Have you tried the basic ones of the SF Jello cups with whipped cream?
Or make up a SF pudding mix with cream rather than milk? (Rich and calorie dense, eat small portions).

Or Lemon Cheesecake Squares
1 c. Water
1 pkg. Lemon Sugar-free jello (or other flavors)
2 8-oz pkg. Cream cheese (not low fat)
Bring water to boil in pan..sprinkle jello in. Cream cheese very well in mixer, add the gelatin 1/4 c at a time..pour into 8x 8 pan & refrigerate. Not all at once or it will curdle, blend carefully and well. Can add 1-2 T of lemon juice if like more tart

Or Fruit Ice Cream
1 Cup Frozen Berries (or any fruit frozen)
1/3-1/2 Cup Heavy Cream (or full fat canned coconut milk if dairy free)
1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla
Any Sweetener if needed. I have used Raspberry DaVinci SF syrup to intensify the berry flavor. Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender till smooth.
Voila!! Delicious ice cream! Should have the consistency of custard or soft ice cream.
