Question Finishing induction tomorrow...what next?

Hi there,

I will be ending induction tomorrow & I am not sure what to do next. I have Atkins book but I lent it to someone at work. I know you are supposed to increase carbs. by 5gms. Does anyone have any suggestions as far as the type of food?
Also if I wanted to stay on induction for a few more days, is that ok?

Thanks in advance!

Anne

More vegetables. Have a salad with dinner along with some LC vegetables or two vegetables: broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, mushrooms, red peppers, spinach...

Get your book back! It should be your constant companion during the initial stages of this WOL. If you like the person you lent it to enough, let them keep it and get yourself another copy.

Staying on induction or upping your carbs is your choice. Both are ok. If you do up them try for more veggies. The guidelines are 5g of carbs a week until you find your CCLL (Critical Carbohydrate Level for Losing). Your CCLL gives you the breathing room you need so you can vary your menus and not become bored with the same things all the time.

If you need to keep track of carbs try fitday . It's free and easy once you get used to it. You can also monitor your weight and exercise there.
