Janelle, awesome losses!! Looking forward to more positive reports from everyone!!

I'm not gonna lie, I have been having a bit of a battle with some emotional eating this past day or two. I do believe it is the monthly thing but still there seems to be a bit less control than I usually been having for the past six months or so. I know I will be back on track soon, am so not trying to sweat the small stuff....

I hope you are all having a lovely day. My back is much better, thanks for the warm thoughts.

Default First day!

Thanks for the welcome! First day done, feel hungry right now but happy! Feel the up day calories calculated look high but will be mindful of comments not to under eat too. Love that I can learn so much from others here

Default Day four success already!!

Weighed in this morning and am 199.25..... A loss of 2.75 pounds in the first three days!!! Finding it much easier than I thought and still staying lowish on carbs as am happy with that!
So glad to be on the move again, think this is something that I can live with long term too.

Hello Mufflana and welcome.

Whew, I have not been here in awhile.

Still doing JUDDD, just changed to 4:3 on Monday, down 2.5 for the week, so I am happy camper.

This week will be more of a 5:2 as I have a luncheon today that I am going to, so this will not be a DD as planned. I am trying my best to fast until lunch though.

Barb, glad that your back is doing better. You are right, don't sweat the small stuff, you are doing great.

Janelle, hope you check in with us as much as you can while you are away, a whole month vacation, ahhhhhhhhhhhh.

How are you doing tbagram?

Keep on JUDDD'g.
Rox

Wow crickets heard here for the past three weeks!

I am down 4 pounds in 2 weeks thanks to JUDDD now that I am truly back on track. Continuing on to goal of 135.

Back on the horse! Started back yesterday with a twist. I am doing the fat fast on my down days.....M,W,F. I down loaded The Fat Fast Cookbook. It has great ideas that go way beyond Atkins . Hopefully this will be the ticket to break this stall.

Hey, can you post a link please. Thinking of joining you ladies, I tried JUDD DD and UD for maintenance before, but it didn't work as alternative days for me, but didn't do it like fat fast then regular LC.

At the moment I do the cycling which is similar, but DD last a couple of weeks and then regular LC for another couple of weeks.

I started back on JUDDD the way I did it last year and am now at a new low of 204. Keeping it all simple works best for me. I tend to read everything on dieting and get waylaid. I stay about 500 cal. on M,W,F and eat normal on other days... not giving a lot of thought to it.

I really do need to STAY AWAY from wheat and almonds. They messed my digestion up pretty bad this past weekend. I do know better, but I am one that needs to be hit over the head sometimes when it comes to food.

I tried the potato hack and decided that its not for me. But, I do eat potatoes on JUDDD.

Is anyone still doing this WOE? Has anyone had any long term success with it?
