Wink Baked brussel sprouts with bacon

Forgive me if this has been posted. I am legally blind and sometimes get frustrated seeing my pc screen although I can enlarge it. And every time I use the 'search' function--for anything--it comes back and says it found nothing.

SO I wanted to share a recipe I love. I hope this is LC--I am pretty sure it is! Tell me what you think. It's so easy!

Take a 9x9 pan and dump a whole bag of frozen brussel sprouts into it, making one layer. It's okay if some overlap a bit. Salt and pepper the sprouts. Then, simply take bacon slices and lay them over the sprouts. Make sure some bacon touches each sprout. OF if you are desiring to, cut the bacon into smaller sizes and put a piece of each sprout.

Then, just stick in it a hot oven, sprouts frozen still, and bake it at 350 until the bacon is crispy.

It's so easy and one of my favorite things to eat!
If you have leftovers, be really careful about microwaving the sprouts as they will explode in the microwave!!!

There's a recipe on epicurious that I've tried -- Brussels sprouts roasted with bacon and paper-thin slices of Meyer lemon, including the rind. That's pretty good too.

I've never tried the frozen ones. Are they mushy?

Yes, the get really soft, but I LOVE them that way! They are firm yet soft, does that make sense?
