I begin my day with two cups of black coffee every morning. As soon as I am finished, I fill up my water bottle and take my chromium for the day. My beverage of choice has been water for quite a few years now so I don't normally drink anything else besides my coffee in the morning.
I am horrible at taking vitamins but I have began taking the GTF Chromium two weeks after I began following this way of eating.
I am sure there are other supplements that may be good for me, but for now that is all I take!
