Default K!mk!ns anybody?

Just wondered if anybody is doing the Kimkins woe? I am and so far, so good. My weight loss is slow but I'm hypothyroid so I don't suppose I can really expect losses like people who's are up 'n running. Since Jan. 15th, I've gone from 156.4 to 148.6 so that's 7.8 less of me. No complaining...

Hello,
Im a newbie on this site but I have been doing Kimkins now for about two weeks. I am also hypothyroid. I started out at 214 and I weighed myself today and I am 206. So its working. Although I did cheat this week, I am back on track.

WTG, girlfriend. I cheated on the 25th (that night gave in to some major cravings) and it cost me a full week to lose the 3# and get back to where I was that morning before the binge. I don't plan on doing that again anytime soon that's for sure. You want us to meet here everyday and have a chat?
I'm down .2 again today - that's my daily loss if I stay below 1000 calories. What did you cheat with? Mine was everything/anything sweet and I had a bunch of it.

She needs to have 25 posts before the system will allow her to give or get PMs.

Hi, I have look into the Kimkins plan, but don't want to pay $40 for something I am not sure is for me. Can any of you tell me where to find an outline of the program without the cost?
Thanks.

lmao~laura sorry but that sounded so funny/shady but ummmm just do a search for kimkins you'll find everything you need.... I was gonna pay for the site but paypal was down so whatever that ship has sailed... I just wanted to read the forums I already know what the plan consist of... I begin to drink diet soda because kimmer said she doesn't drink water only diet soda and broth and I have gained weight on the diet soda so whatever.... the only part of kimkins i will be following is the calorie restriction....Good Luck to the rest of you....

kimkins... lol
sounds like an old 80's toy I might have liked at some point

Whoodathunk you could lose weight by following a plan, changing it to suit your needs, which is exactly what you are suppose to do with Atkins ...and sell it for 40 bucks a pop!

Sorry for the slow response. I cheated with barbeque ribs. They were so good. I wasn't feeling well and I didn't feel like cooking so I went for it. I have been on track since.

What's the difference between Kimkins and Stillmans?

Why not just do Stillmans?

Thanks for the link. Very informative. And FREE!!!! (nice to not have to pay for her website to get that info).

It actually does make a lot of sense, though I would think it would be difficult to eat such low quantities of food. IMO. But I had already planned on cutting back on the fat and definately the cheese to see if I could get things moving again.

Don't know the answer to this... so obvious answer for me would be I cannot 'just do Stillmans' when I don't know what it is and I like this.. it works for me. My loss is pokey, but my thyroid doesn't work so I'm grateful for loss of any amount.
