I live in the Guelph area which is not to far from Kitchener. How long have you been low carbing. I thought I had been but was not so 5 days ago I started induction. I am a little cranky with a headache. I gather I am detoxing.
I really want the weight off for the summer. That would be so nice.

hi.... i have been lo carbing for years.... my doc reminded me today that in 1998 I weighed 186. This is a way of life for me. This year I have a renewed intererst in losing more weight. I have to update my weight, but I am down to 156. Kind of exciting for me.... i also go to curves and joined their weight loss group (6 week program) which is also low carb.... I'm from Elmira (20ish min. for Kitchener). Started LCing Sept 01. Wouldn't mind if a bunch of us got together to chin-wag. Keep me posted.

just back from holidays.... gained 3 pounds....not bad for 3 weeks away. would love to do something in the summer.... stay connected...
