Yesterday was Friday, so it was WATP day.

I spent another 45 minutes to complete 3 miles of WATP yesterday afternoon. It was about 90 degrees in my living room so I grabbed the high velocity fan in order to get it done.

I still don't like cardio exercise, but I do like the benefits of how I feel after I get it done.

I have not posted since Saturday but that doesn't mean I didn't get my exercises done.

Saturday got away from DH and I so we put off our Bowflex workout until Sunday. We were successful in getting it completed and it is scheduled for tonight.

I was able to complete 45 minutes of WATP yesterday and completed all 3 miles. It has been my experience that when I begin WATP on Mondays it is more challenging. I did my workout last night before dinner and it seems as if it was a little easier than most Mondays.

Yesterday was Friday, so it was WATP day.

I completed 45 minutes which included all 3 miles of WATP yesterday.

I have continued with my exercise regimen because I know it is extremely beneficial to me. My overly flabby body is beginning to actually tone up a bit.

Today is Bowflex so DH and I will get it done sometime this evening.

Yesterday was Monday, so it was WATP day!

I completed all 3 miles of WATP yesterday. Since I am going to town today, I am going to see if there are any weights I would like to include in my workout.

Bowflex is scheduled for tonight and I am considering another type of work out beginning next week. I am going to run it by DH since this decision requires both of our cooperation.

Yesterday was Friday, so it was WATP day!

I completed all 3 miles of WATP yesterday and worked all day outside for additional exercise. At least if felt like it since my body was so sore when I came into the house.

Bowflex is scheduled for today and then tomorrow will be my one and only day off of exercise.

Yesterday was Wednesday, so it was WATP day.

I completed all 3 miles of WATP yesterday and added 1 lb. weights to each of my hands while doing it. I thought I was buying 2 lb. weights but discovered that was the total weight instead of each individual one.

Today is Bowflex so DH and I will be getting it done.
