Smile fitness, heavy weight training and weight loss

Hi all,

I have just started to work on a new program that is designed to build bulk weight slowly. Even though I am still eating the same low carb diet I find that I am gaining weight. I know that I should expect this since muscle is heavier then body fat, but I still want to fit into my clothing without buying a new wardrobe.

Any suggestions?

I run into the same problem and recently I started intermittent fasting which has allowed me to eat enough to train and lose at the same time. I will be adding intensity to my workouts, especially my running, later in the year, and I am hoping the situation stays the same. God luck!
