Question Morning Blood Sugar 131

I have been off my meds for months. How do I get my morning blood sugar to be lower. I have lost 58 lbs last year and my a1c went down to 5.4 and 3 months later 5.3. I don't want to go back on meds.

Worried about my morning blood sugar.

Happy New Year, Big Nate!

There is a thread on the same topic only down a few lines, here:

Quite a few good sources of info on it, in links and from members who did lower their FBG. Ken did well.

I added the tips from Virta Health recently. http://blog.virtahealth.com/dawn-phenomenon/

Your BG must be good the rest of the day to have that A1c.
for getting off the meds!

Any carb creep in the holidays? Eating not long after getting up works for me, but not for the fasting window I prefer. Not sure myself what to do about this timing issue.
