blue somehow the difference between your English and my English require translation!

No slam at Aussies intended. I thought it was interesting seeing the sugar fields and how its processed. Most in the video were overweight.

They just need the same thing the rest of us need, the truth. Not to be told that sugar is harmless in moderation. The thing about moderation is, everything is harmless in moderation. The problem is figuring out what counts as moderation. I don't really even like hearing that fat or saturated fat is harmless in moderation. Moderation doesn't mean anything without context.

Also there isn't a food that doesn't contribute to some perfectly nice people's livelihood, we can't eat sugar for the farmer's sake. I sort of doubt there are a whole lot of little Ma and Pa sugar plantations about.

It's ok nawchem - no offense was taken by me

teaser - as with most farming in australia - the sugar cane industry is also a family affair with thousands in the sugar industry each with their own cane farmland
