The 7 Day LC Rescue & Recovery Plan Book
I have been lcing for 10 weeks but have began to stray- a little high carb meal here and there. I'm reading the above mentioned book and wondered if anyone started with the same book and how they are doing. I read the CALP book many years ago and would get a copy from my local library. I'm worried that i would gain but at the same time i would gain sooner or later by cheating. I would love to lose 5lbs before the end of the year. Thanks
I've been following CALP and I've been pretty successful up to this point and my reward meals have occasionally been a bit carb heavy. Overall, I find it a good diet because I'm rarely hungry or feeling cravings. I hope you find the one that works best for you!
