ok so after a rough week of inducition, i am finally starting to lose! i think my initial probem was that i was eating way too much cheese, that can really add up! also too many artificial sweetners. now i feel so good and am going to continue until i reach my goal! eating this way is great!

I've been locarbing since mid November and I still go very easy on the cheese. And the only thing I eat with sweetener is the occasional sugar free jello. Nothing in my decaf, no diet drinks.
