STOP. It's too early for that.

I hope you at least put some rum in it.

sbramos, you had me googling Hatch chiles and now I think I have to try to grow some next summer.

msmum1977, that cabbage roll stir fry sounds fantastic! I'll have to try that. I've never made real cabbage rolls, but that sounds so much easier.

Greek platter from the local Greek drive-thru here in Shreveport, called Yeero-Yeero. Lamb, salad, olive oil, feta, olives, and eggplant. I do NOT eat the flat bread it comes with.

Sounds heavenly. Do they give you tzatziki with that?
(I make mock tzatziki with peeled, sliced cucumbers, sour cream and just a touch of garlic powder plus salt and pepper, but we do not have any Greek places - even fast food - nearby.)

I made about a gallon of my "Everything but Potatoes" vegetable beef soup today. I had a cup and a half for dinner. I never seem to make it the same way twice. This batch had 13 different vegetables and turned out to be the best one yet. Lots of work today, but lots of easy meals tomorrow.
