I learned of Elliott Hulse from Sean Croxton of Underground Wellness. I've been entertained by his youtube videos ever since. Here's one where he replies to the charge that paleo is trendy.

Did I ever tell you I met Sean? I went to meet Jimmy Moore and he was there. Turns out he lives in the neighborhood where I work. He knew a woman I used to work with there.

You did mention that once. You know, he works as a trainer or a consultant or something. Maybe it would be fun to get some sessions with him.
