WOW!!! What an example you are to me! Cause guess what - YOUR goal is exactly MY goal!! I will be 50 on November 2, 2005. I decided on Jan. 4, 2005 that I would greet my birthday a new me! I am 5'5 and weighed 245 on that day. I now weigh 217.5 - so I still have a good way to go, BUT I will make it. I am determined and dedicated this time, and when I read stories like yours it only fuels the fire. How exciting to see how great you look and to hear about your path.
Thanks so much for sharing - you made my day. Stay tuned, I plan to write MY success story next fall too!
