Hi all
Whats up! Can anyone refer me to a post about vitamins?
I take 500 mg VitC and also a multi vitamin.
I drink 110oz of water, but I am still geting headaches everyday. I am on day 11 of Atkins induction, so I think by now the sugar is out of my system (Ketostrips are purple).
Just curious as to what yall do!

Vicki, there are a few 'standard' LC supplements that most of us take:
Potassium (for that headache, general fatigue and dizziness)
Cal/Mag (primarily for cramping, not uncommon when you start LCing)
Vit E (along with Vit C this is a powerful antioxidant)
