juice fast! any suggestions/ detox plans

One or two days a week I would like to do a juice fast, I heared apple, cranberry, grapefruit are good unsweetened, also protein pwdwer mix , maybe my on. Any one beem on a juice fast of protein shake plan.

well today I did grapefruit juice ans herbal green tea with raspberry, not to bad!!! this is getting better prepared for my plan , and keeping me focus, may not be for everyone , works for me.
