Default healthy Margarine ?

Hello all,
I'm heading out for groc's this evening and have a burning question… I know Margarine is bad but what about the kind that is labeled as Non Hydrogenated Margarine, no trans fats etc.

I do some baking for my family and have a hard time finding shortening or lard with no trans-fats and was hoping to use this margarine. It isn't as hard as regular margarine and butter.

(I know I can always use butter but it's a little pricey and I was wondering about this as an alternative)

Thanks for any advice…

My doctor suggested Smart Balance. It is a blend of olive oil and other oils, so it is high in omega 3. It has no trans fats and is non dairy. It actually tastes good and you can cook with it, just like butter.
