Default LC Bread, Mid Vancouver Isle?

Hi guys,
I'm visiting the Parksville/Qualicum/Nanaimo area this month and am wondering if you know of anywhere I can find lc bread?
Willing to take some home in my suitcase, yep.
Thanks in advance.

Check out the ***Vancouver Island -- Product Locations*** thread? Here's a direct hop-it link: http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=135452

I'm sure there's lots of bread chit chat in there. Also there's a place called Keckki's (sp?) recently opened in the Parksville Qualicum area. You might want to search this Forum with the word Parksville...

Our local Thrifty's store (on Salt Spring Island) carries low carb bread in the freezer section. It's not too bad, I actually prefer the herb flavour over the regular. It's 4 grams of carbs per slice and $5.99 a loaf.
