LOL.. I know, but I couldn't pass up the comment. You do look good and the Abs are amazing. I am still dealing with the fall out of an 80 pound loss and 40 still hanging around the midsection.

I have to get the body to burn that off before I get abs like you are sporting.

Well the comment put a smile on my face. Your abs will bet better as time goes on. A few years ago i lost weight fast without working out and the excess skin on the tummy was terrible. This go around I have lost slower and I think the working out has stimulated skin shrinkage too. Never heard anyone make those comparisons before but pictures tell the story. Something happened. LOL and again thanks for the kind words.

Hey Sheila,

If you notice the people who have the bypass surgery, their skins sags because the body cant adapt to the rapid weight loss. Its not that uncommon. I always thought, " If it took you that long to gain all that weight, then it would be the same in losing it." You body adjust slowly not expeditiously. Your doing great. Keep it up, and dig deeper.

Dla,mine wasn't due to surgery it was do to a very very strict crazy diet. I lost 18 pounds in a month. I did gain it back within 6 months, my stomach did have yucky patch of skin that hadn't shrunk with the pounds, was not a good thing. LOL

Week 2 starts tomorrow... I still can't do real pull ups, so I am still working with the bands. I am moving to the Black band for more resistance. I am going to try to push to failure.

The only easy day was today... it was the rest day.
