hi bluu
No, as long as the label clearly states that there is no sugar or fructose or sucrose or any fruit sweetener, then you don't need to count them in your carb total. Fiber supplements are not absorbed, and so do not contribute any carbs or calories..
I'm just curious .... Is that 2.5g fiber in one pill, or 2.5g is the total amount from taking several pills through the day?
Only reason I ask, most fibertabs I've seen run around 350 - 500mg each. 2.5 grams would be a huge pill!!
