Hello All,
I am a low carber since 2009. I am already at my goal weight, however I compete in powerlifting meets which require me to lose 5 pounds or so for a meet. I maintain a weight of 170 and reduce to 163 or 165 for meets.
I am on the USA World Bench Press team and maintain a blog to help others get fit and try to post motivational quotes for people who struggle.
