I just noticed something, atkins success tips, from the atkins wed site includes #7Take a daily multivitamin with minerals, including potassium, magnesium and calcium, but without iron. Take your Omega 3’s and 6’s every day and a fiber supplement if necessary.
Now I agree with the multi's, potassium, magnesiun and calcium. The omega 3's are a must take, also. BUT, omega 6's, what the average american consumes way to much omega 6's and I would think on a LC WOE the omega 6's would also be too high, so why supplement with omega 6's? Am I missing something?
