I am having a difficult time doing a good workout, I think because of the lack of carbs in my body, I dont know...I am just going to do a little at a time throughout the day.............

I think that would be the best thing to do while you're on induction.
Somewhere on the forum somebody said that it's not a very good idea to do any very intense workouts during induction because of the small number of carbs.
Aside from not having enough energy, your body will hold on to the small number of carbs it has and it could cause a stall.
