Talking 25 pounds!!!

Whoo hoo!

I woke up this morning--after battling for 10 days to lose a pound that I'd gained--2 pounds lighter!!

I've LOST 25 POUNDS!!!

I'm so excited! Everything everyone said about being patient made these last 2 pounds even more gratifying (weird, huh?) than the first 5!

I CAN DO THIS!

And, if I can do it, EVERYONE can do it! If you're struggling, look to the old-timers. They have lots of wisdom to help you learn patience and look to the long term. This board rocks!

Anyhow, I'm very pleased with my Valentine's present to myself. Happy holiday to everyone else. May your presents be as sweet as mine!

Sue

Congratulations on 25 Pounds gone!!! It is so true, on a day to day, week to week basis, it can be very slow but darn those pounds add up before we know it!!! I am so happy for you!
