If I could offer a tip .. Microwave ovens have changed over the years.
This thread is 18+ yrs old. Back in 2001, most microwave ovens averaged 700 watts. Nowadays, microwave ovens are 1100 or more watts. This affects the time and power that you'd use to achieve the same results.
My current oven is 1100 watts. When I cook this Mock Danish on High for 2 minutes, I end up with rubbery scrambled eggy cheesy "thing".
Instead, I choose 50% power, and 1 minute:30 seconds. Perfect "creamy cheese-cakey" result every time.
