Many, many thanks for all of your well wishes and congratulations notes; it means the world to me!
GiGi to answer your questions, as far as exercise. I would continue doing what you like to do and if aerobics and Pilates is what you love to do then continue. I was doing the C25K training on my home treadmill (couch to 5 kilometer) until I developed a severe case of plantar fasciitis and a prolapsed metatarsal. Since that injury almost three years ago, I have continued walking.
My two year weight loss journey has not always given me the losses that I thought I deserved. As I have mentioned before, I had two bouts of stalls that lasted 9 weeks each where I did not lose an ounce nor an inch. but like my Dear Glenda has said, our bodies are not controlled by our minds or our will!
Keep swimming!

I just want to tell you that, honestly, your story about the size 8 skinny jeans has really helped keep me going! Every time I got down to a smaller size, I would briefly think to myself, "This is just the beginning... One day, I will rock size 8 skinny jeans like Chris D!"
I'm totally serious! This is my thought process.
Congrats! You are totally killing maintenance.

Thank you jigsaw, Nappygirl3 and ShelyBelly, appreciate your kind comments and support!
On March 15th I celebrated one year at goal! I have lost weight a million times before but have never kept it off for a whole year!
Here's my one-year-at-goal post and reflections of the past 365 days.

When I first read about you fitting into size 8 "skinny" jeans, I honestly felt like that was something I would never be able to do -- it just seemed like too much to hope for. I was happy for you! Your story was an inspiration! But I honestly didn't believe that *could* ever be me.
Well, over the weekend, I fit into Levi's 515 size 8 bootcut jeans but I wasn't sure they were *real* size 8s because I thought that "misses" jeans might have a more generous, relaxed fit. So today I worked up the courage and went into the juniors department and bought the equivalent to a "misses" size 8 in juniors jeans, size 29. And I bought "skinny" jeans because I didn't want to kid myself into believing I'm smaller than I actually am. I've avoided skinny jeans for years because I felt like a "fat girl" can't wear "skinny jeans."
But those jeans fit, Chris! They fit like a second skin -- the way that skinny jeans tend to do -- but I didn't have struggle to get into them. I immediately thought of you. And I cried in the changing room because I honestly never thought I would see this day.
Here is a photo of me wearing the size 8 "skinny" jeans that I thought I would never be able to wear, compared to my starting photo.
Cheers, Chris! You have been more of an inspiration than you could possibly know, dear lady!
