I was wondering how many carbs a day you allow yourself to lose weight?

Thanks!

I had around 20 carbs a day. I tryed not to fall below the 20 a day, I felt better when I had the 20 and knew I needed at least that many. There's so many good recipes on this site, I found that eating low carb could really taste good. I know 20 sounds like a small amount for an entire day, but you can get just as full on 20 carbs a day than you can 100 carbs. I never went hungry.

Wow, that is not many. I have the problem of when I go under 33, I start getting uncontrollable urges to binge on carbs! Then I eventually cheat. I'd better start checking out the recipes on this site. Thanks!

OMG, I have to laugh at your signature "There is no spoon"

My little son who's 16 looks just like Keanu and we have, for the last year or two had that joke.."there is no spoon".. You must have my sense of humor girl! You should have seen my post last week. I said I gained a pound..I suspect nargles. Can you guess where that's from?

How's life been since you lost weight?
Have all the changes been positive?
Other than congratulating you, in the long term or after the initial shock, how have ppl reacted to your transformation?
Have your friendships remained the same?

Gee-ma! I am a gee-ma too..isnt it fun?...but back to the weight issue....your story is my story...but as I write this, I have the 100 pounds to lose...it is so scary for me to start "another diet"but gosh, If you did it, maybe I can do it too.
It is so hard for me to lose, but I want to lose so bad. I don't feel good like I used to . I need to lose it. Your story is an inspiration to me. I will try again. hugs your way----Sunsea

Very inspiring story, thank you so much! I am almost 50 years old and a grandma too, and I could really relate to what you were saying about not having the energy to be able to enjoy the grandchildren the way we want to. I previously lost 110 lbs on CAD, but gained most of it back gradually over the last few years. I am trying to get back on track and your story was terrific.
