I just eat when I want
I come home from work at ten and I am starving and guess what? I eat. I'll have beef jerkey and whipped cream and sugar free jello and sometimes tuna. I crave carbs sometimes but I simply avoid the carbs and eat when I feel hungry. I eat meals before I go to bed often and I'm still loosing the weight. All of our bodies are different though. It's that whole goose and gander thing.
