Default Trigger Happy?

I am finally moving into my "goal zone" in this weight loss journey. What a trip! I am learning about triggers, both good and bad. Some foods trigger loss and some trigger gains. Here are my triggers:

GOOD TRIGGERS

Flax
Blueberries
Dark Chocolate
Eating a breakfast which includes any combination of eggs, bacon, cheese
Walking

BAD TRIGGERS

wheat
potatoes

Anyone else want to share what they have learned?

Vicki

Nuts trigger loss for me; fish triggers gain. Potatoes break about even, if cooked well. Don't know about wheat any more, because I have hardly touched it for 20 months.

Yellow cheese triggers gain, but I am having more luck with blue cheese, so long as I drink plenty of water as well.
