the containers are sized by cups and depending on your weight you get so many conatiners per day of each color...i could not lose because even though the carbs were healthy crabs such as fruit, ww bread etc they were too much for me...the fats and proteins were more limited and i seem to lose better with more of these...did that answer your question...

WOW.. I was so going to try that diet.. because I had found where someone had posted what size each cup was etc, so I really could have done it on my own.... but sometimes things look better when advertised....then when you buy it.... seems to never works as they say...

I have it. I tried it for a couple of days and I was hungry. Its probably better for people with 10 lbs to lose

What are the exercise routines like on the 21 day fix? I'm physically not that fit. Is the diet low carb?

The 21 Day Fix is a Boot Camp workout. I had trouble even following the moderator. I hurt my shoulder doing the 'windmills'. If you have a bad shoulder I don't recommend the 'windmills' Its a lot of getting down on the floor then getting back up to do another exercise. There are pushups. Its not easy. So far the only Beach Body workout I really liked and found doable for out of shape people was Hip Hop Abs by Sean T.
