Default Any ideas for a LC faux Starbucks Green Tea Frappe?

My wife loves Starbucks green tea frappes but since she is doing LC with me. she cant have them now. I wanted to surprise her with a LC version if I can get it to come out right. I was looking tat this recipe and thinking of using ice to make it a frappe instead of a smoothie:

I have all the ingredients except the vanilla Stevia. I have vanilla extract and Stevia so I think I could make that work...

Any suggestions?

1c almond or cashew milk (but I'm sure whatever milk sub you drink would work)
1 5oz container Greek yogurt or 1/2 to 3/4c coconut milk ice cream (brand is so delicious- make sure it's the no sugar added line! I use vanilla)
A splash sf vanilla torani or davinci syrup
A slightly rounded tsp matcha
A handful of ice
A little vanilla extract if I have the fancy kind on hand

It's a flexible recipe- just take it easy on matcha. A little goes a long way, and too much makes it quite grassy. You should add it but by bit, tasting along way to find right amount for your wife.
It's so nice of you to recreate her old favorite!

Robin120:

Thanks, I had to order the Torani syrup so I am going to try your recipe today and use the vanilla coconut milk ice cream and add a little stevia if it needs more sweet. Thanks!

Robin120:

OK yesterday I made her your recipe and today I made her the original recipe I posted above and she liked yours MUCH better. (I cancelled the order on the vanilla syrup as the store did have "french vanilla" - not sure what the difference in flavor is). Still not as good as Starbucks but your recipe is very good she says
