Default I've fallen off the wagon...

rolled down the hill, and need tips to get back on the wagon again.

I'm struggling with anxiety BIG TIME, and eat like there's no tomorrow. It's got to stop before I regain everything I've lost so far (and it's close to that!).

Hi there,
Don't panic. If you're anxiety is making you eat, try eating something like boiled eggs. It's really hard to binge on those.
Maybe try going back on plan for just one day. Don't think about the next day. And do that for a few days until you get some momentum going.
If you're eating lots of carbs, it's the carbs that are shouting eat me not you that's craving food. When I eat carbs I feel bloated and stressed about where the next dose is coming from.
If there is something that worked for you when you were on your wagon, a meal you liked or something that took your mind off food, such as walking, try that.
Whatever you do, don't give up!

Thank you, Lulu!!! I'm going to thaw the bacon and lean heavily on that tomorrow! I did okay today until the anxiety hit again. Hopefully I can at least stay on track the rest of the day and start again tomorrow.
