Hi Everybody
This is not the first time around for me. I'm low carbing on and off since 2004. The low carb way of life is the only way for me, because i'm so sensitive to carbs. When i feel good, it is not difficult for me to stay with the plan. When I'm feeling depressed or just tired, I lack the willpower to overrule this thoughts. Eating something high carb is my kiss of death. This is one of my weaknesses.
I have reumatoïd arthritis and have arthrosis in my knees, ankles and feet. That's a good reason to ditch the weight. Also noticing that I develop more belly fat. Another reason to get rid of the weight.
It helps me to read about successtory's and experiences from other low carbers. I love this forum and I really, really need you guys. I hope I can be of support to you too.
