i HAVE to enjoy my once a year feast.... would it be of any harm if i took fat blockers before my pig out?

I think you mean carb blocker.

I've been around a little while, and most reports I hear about carb blockers from the people who have tried them is that they don't work.

If you have planned to pig out on Thanksgiving, just pig out, you don't need a pill. Enjoy!

Your new way of life, is just that, yours. You already know all the consequences that led you to low-carbing in the first place. YOU are in control. Right?

I have been worrying alot about the big day also. I have decided I will indulge, but not everything. I am going to avoid the potatoes and stuffing, and am going to eat more of the veggies if I can.
If you feel like eating GO FOR IT. Just remember Friday is another day...
