Hi Katrina if you still are there...I see you do not have a journal or I would just say hello to you there. See my journal if you want to know about long term success. I have maintained my ~15 pound loss for over a year, unusual for me since I usually gain back every pound every year after I lose it in spring/ early summer. Am back on the weight loss train now because I feel ready to take myself to the next level.

So I got back on the band wagon and am starting to feel good again. Why Oh Why do I ever leave this WOE? Its the only thing that works long term for me.

Update. I have lost five pounds since the beggining of December. Am weighing myself once a week, so next time is Tuesday. Happy to be back on track. This WOE sure helps during the holidays!
