I am new here. I have not been on Atkins but about 7 weeks, this time.
I have fallen out of ketosis, a couple of times. I still lose weight, but I seem to lose other benefits, which was why I started Low Carb to begin with.
I had a blood pressure issue. 210/140. Started Atkins. BP went "normal" in less than a week.
I had a weight problem. 6'3" and 405. Stayed in ketosis most of the seven weeks, lost 40. Blood Sugar was good.
I have lymphodema. Went on Atkins, less severe swelling. Fell out of Ketosis. SWELLING RETURNED.
So, I remain in a ketotic state, for that purpose. I hope by the time I reach my goal, 110 pounds from now, I'll have found relief from that ailment.
I learned from my previous attempt at Atkins, that I began to gain weight at about 80 grams of carbs/day. Yet, I seemed to be ketotic into the high 40s. I can "Feel" the difference. If I fall out, I seem more sluggish, and my demeanor is taxed. IOW, I become Grumpy.
Each body is different. As long as you get the results you seek, I say, More Power to Ya'.

Welcome! Sounds like you know what works for you and just have to stick with it to make it a way of life. Have you figured out why you stopped Atkins previously? That knowledge will surely help you stay all the way to goal and into maintenance this time.
Wishing you every success on your journey.
