Any Tae Boers Out There???

i'M TYING TO GET INTO A REGULAR EXERCISE ROUTINE WORKING OUT AT HOME DOING TAE BO. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT AND ONCE I DO IT ON A REGULAR BASIS I FEEL MY BODY RESPONDING. I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM ANYONE WHO'S WORKING OUT REGULARLY TO TAE- BO HOW'S IT WORKING FOR YOU. HOW LONG YOU'VE BEEN DOING IT AND WHAT RESULTS HAVE YOU ACHIEVED.
AND OFCOURSE IF IT PLAYS A MAJOR PART TO YOUR WEIGHT LOSS.
I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR RESPONSE..THANX
