Okay, I am at the end of my first week. I have eaten more food in this one week than I have in MONTHS!

I started off wanting to lose 60 pounds, and well I have 50 more to go! 10 pounds down and I am starting to feel great! The supplements are starting to work and I don't feel so darned tired now.

Thanks to each of you for the support and friendship. You have no idea (well maybe we all know) how great it is to be able to share ups and downs with someone.
