Hi all! I would first like to say thanks to everyone for making me feel so welcome. Ok, here's the question--it's about pickles. Are we allowed to eat pickles?? I have a jar of dill pickle slices in my fridge and the carb count says 0. I was just wondering if they're ok to eat.
Pickles are not zero-carb. But they are definitly allowed withing your carb budget. Don't rely on nutritional information displayed on the product, since they might round 0.9 g to 0 g. Try the USDA for a more accurate count:
